Well here it is the dealer installed my brand new serpentine wrong. Under the idler pulley and not over it so one month later here we are with a broken serpentine. My problem is it currently sits outside and unless they which i doubt come and tow it to the shop to fix their mistake i need to get it indoors. Without a belt though I worry what is all driven by the belt. Obviously the alternator, fan, a/c, and water pump, but im not sure what else. I've looked and looked to try and find a layout of what pulley does what but came up empty. Does anyone by chance have the diagram/ image that shows what each does? I've found some for the 6.0l and 7.3l but nothing for the 6.7l single alternator 2011 as it changed in 2012.

24 month unlimited mileage warranty for Motorcraft parts. Call the dealer and tell them to fix it, ask them if they are going to tow it in or fix it in your driveway.

All solved found the layout. PS if anyone is curious the 2011 model only single alternator has the belt going over the top mid pulley not under it. If they or you mess up and put it under you have ball park a few weeks until it snaps and if you're lucky like i was it will happen on start and not when you're going down the road.

The attachment you added showing the 6.7 liter powerstroke single alternator is incorrect. No matter how hard I tried the belt would not go on. The belt goes under the idler pulley and over the alternator and around the power steering pump. Not like the diagram you attached.

This is the correct routing for the serpentine belt

I am confused ;-) it happens

you have smooth side of belt on grooved pulleys in that middle image
is that just for reference on how it shouldn't be ?

No I don't have any smooth tensioner pulleys or idler pulleys. Mine came from the factory with grooved pulleys. The belt I use is grooved on both sides. My truck is a 2011 F250 6.7 liter, maybe it's the 2012 and newer models they decided to put smooth pulleys.

Wrong. If it's a 2011 the belt goes OVER that pulley, not under like you have it. You have a most a week with it like that before it snaps. My tensioner broke on my driving home so I replaced it and the belt obviously and wrapped my head looking things up for hours. Over is the correct way for a 2011.

Which pulley are you referring too? The center idler pulley or the idler pulley on the drivers side? Because I went to the ford dealership with my vin# and it gave the belt route for my truck. My belt is grooved on both sides and doesn't have a smooth side. I tried it numerous ways by diagrams I found on ford forums and not one worked. So I went to ford and had them print it out for me. And that's the belt route they provided per my Vin#.

This is the exact routing they gave me for my truck by vin#.

Here what I have found out. Hopefully my headache will help you avoid one. I currently have a '12 6.7 I have the book (Diesel supplement) that came with it, and spent hours playing with the routing. I assumed that the belt was wrong, or made incorrectly, and tried a Napa belt whish was 2" shorter than oem. It wasn't short enough to do the routing that the book gave me. The book is incorrect. I even did a lot of searching on Google and didn't find it. I finally found the ford site, input my vin and it gave me the second of the 2 photos. I hope this helps. There is no one way to do it, and it comes down specifically to your vin. Your vin calls out a specific belt, and the belt length determines the routing. I saw on numerous posts "this is it" and "this is the only way" I can tell you, on my truck it didn't work with the Belt that they said to use. All in, it was a 25 minute job to open the hood, replace the tensioner, and install the new belt and close the hood. the other 6 hours was reserved for checking belt length, and finding the correct routing!
